Can my Discord server get banned for using Prism Boosts?
No. Boosting a server is a normal Discord feature and our delivery method does not put your server at risk. Prism Boosts is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
How fast are Discord boosts delivered?
Delivery is fully automated and starts the moment your payment is confirmed — most orders land within a minute. Our Terms allow up to 24–48 hours, which covers the rare high-value order that needs manual verification.
What do I need to provide when I buy boosts?
A permanent Discord server invite link. Checkout asks for it as a required field before payment, and the boosts are applied to that server automatically. Make sure the invite does not expire and has no maximum-uses limit.
Why are your Discord boosts so cheap?
We buy boost capacity in bulk and deliver it through an automated pipeline, so there is no per-order labour cost to pass on. That is the entire difference — the boosts themselves are ordinary Discord boosts.
What is the difference between 1-month and 3-month boosts?
The number of boosts is the same; the length of time they stay on your server differs. A 3-month package costs more up front but works out cheaper per month, so it suits a server that wants to hold a level for a full quarter.
How many boosts do I need for each server level?
Discord unlocks Level 1 at 2 boosts, Level 2 at 7 boosts, and Level 3 at 14 boosts. Our 14x package is the usual choice for reaching Level 3, and 20x or 30x adds headroom so an expiring boost never drops you back a level.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?
No. Boost packages are one-time purchases for the stated duration — there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. The Boost Bot is the only product sold on weekly, monthly and lifetime terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
Over 30, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Revolut, Klarna and Afterpay, plus Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, TRON, Polygon, Monero, XRP and Dogecoin.
What happens if my boosts stop working?
Packages sold with warranty coverage are replaced if the product fails inside its stated warranty period or does not match its description. Replacement does not apply once the warranty has expired, if the server was lost while under your control, or if a chargeback has been opened.
Can I get a refund?
All transactions are final once services are delivered. Instead of refunds we cover you with warranty replacement on eligible products — the full conditions are set out in our Terms of Service.
